SHIPPING POLICY
At STEMA LASER, your purchases may concern services (treatment packages, gift cards) or physical products. Different delivery methods apply to each category:
1. Services & Treatment Packages
Service packages are not physically shipped.
Upon completion of the purchase, the customer receives an electronic confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
The service may be redeemed exclusively at our physical store located at 17 Agias Sofias Street, Thessaloniki, Greece.
2. Gift Cards
Gift cards are delivered exclusively in electronic form to the recipient’s email address as provided at the time of purchase.
There is no option for delivery of gift cards via postal mail.
If desired, a printed version of the gift card may be collected in person from our physical store (17 Agias Sofias Street, Thessaloniki).
3. Physical Products (cosmetics, consumables, etc.)
Physical products are shipped via a cooperating courier company throughout Greece.
The estimated delivery time is typically 2 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery area.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are displayed before the order is completed.
Customers may also choose free in-store pickup from our physical store (17 Agias Sofias Street, Thessaloniki).
STEMA LASER shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier service failures or force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather conditions, strikes, unforeseen circumstances).
In the event of loss or damage during transport, liability rests with the courier company from the moment the shipment is handed over to them. However, the STEMA LASER team remains available to assist the customer in the claims process.
